Challenge Almere-Amsterdam (taking place on Sep. 10, 2022) and Rouvy united to organize a course recce for the upcoming edition of Challenge Almere-Amsterdam; known as one of the fastest races in the world. Rouvy is a similar platform like Zwift, which means it’s a digital cycling world where athletes can virtually ride courses. Tomorrow, Sep. 1, 8PM CET, athletes get the chance to discover the long Dutch roads virtually. Pro athletes like Els Visser and Milan Brons – who will be racing the Long Distance – will join the familiarization too.

The ride will take athletes through the first 55 km of the race’s bike course. Athletes who don’t feel like riding the entire route, are free to quit earlier. Afterwards there will be a ranking, showing all contestants and their performances. However, everyone can stick to their own pace.

Just like with Zwift you can install Rouvy on your laptop/computer and create an account. You can make use of the free fourteen-day trial if you would only like to join for the course recce. Sign up here.
