In a clear step toward increasing the visibility of professional triathlon, the PTO and World Triathlon have announced that T100 races will be available for free on TriathlonLive.tv starting this season.

By moving the broadcasts to TriathlonLive.tv and keeping them freely accessible there, the PTO and World Triathlon hope to bring the sport to a wider audience. The platform previously required a paid subscription to watch World Triathlon events such as the World Triathlon Championship Series (WTCS) and World Triathlon Cup races. Those events will remain part of the paid subscription offering, but T100 races will now be available at no cost.

“By partnering with World Triathlon to stream T100 on TriathlonLive.tv, we’re beginning the process of unifying our live pro content under one home”, said PTO CEO Sam Renouf. “We’re keeping T100 free-to-watch, but hope that fans of the sport will see the value in subscribing to the platform to get to know the short course racing and athletes who will become the stars of T50 in 2027.”

TriathlonLive.tv can be accessed via web browsers, iOS and Android apps, Apple TV and Google TV, and can also be cast directly to smart TVs.

The first T100 race of the season – the women’s race in Gold Coast – takes place on March 21. The men’s series will begin on April 25 in Singapore.
