Like almost anywhere in the world, the spread of COVID-19 seems to be strong in Girona, Spain, and Jan Frodeno – who lives there – didn’t miss out on it. On Instagram, he mentions to have caught the virus, but to have fortunately only experienced mild symptoms.
“Hey everyone. Welcome to my post-corona ride”, he talks to his camera while out on the bike again. “Yeah… Also got it. Have to be honest. I got very lucky and had very mild symptoms. I’m back at it pretty quick, but those around me are not quite so lucky. Anyways: stay safe out there and hope you are having a great day.”
