Ingredients:

1 cup oats
½ cup flour
½ cup Be The Change Swiss Royal Milk Tea Protein (likely could be replaced with another type of protein powder)
¼ cup sugar
½ tablespoon baking powder
pinch of salt
1 egg
¾ cup blueberries
½ cup grated carrots
½ cup water

Instructions:

“Mix everything in a bowl (no need for a mixer, a fork will do), bake in cupcake or cake form at 350 °F (180 °C, ed.), approx. 20-30 minutes, depending on the size of the cake form”, Ryf explains.
