With temperatures rising in many European countries these days, many athletes will opt to just skip their training sessions; or at least shuffle the program a bit. But if you do still like to go out for training: make sure you stay well hydrated and cool down regularly. This Tour de France cyclist – Britain’s Luke Row – has got a great, but not so serious, tip for you in that regard.
