The countdown has really started: 90 days until the inaugural Challenge Moscow (July 18, 2021), which means, as of today, registration is open. Triathletes who want to experience this iconic race in the beautiful Russian city can now sign up for the event that includes a middle-distance race and other associated events.
Athletes won’t just experience Moscow in the days leading up to the event, but also while they are racing. The course takes athletes past popular sights like the Kremlin, Red Square, Moscow River, Gorky Park and the Olympic facility Grebnoy Canal.
“We are really looking forward to organizing this event at a very high level and to show our national hospitality,” Elena Krivenkova, Head of the Organizing Committee, says. “We will host a race for pro athletes and age groupers: an event for everyone. That motto, which is so widely promoted by Challenge Family fits perfectly with what we want to convey with Challenge Moscow.”
