Yesterday, triathlon fans from all over the world got to enjoy an epic world record attempt by Jan Frodeno, and a beautiful race between the German and Canada’s Lionel Sanders. After a nearly perfect race – despite the bad weather and a fall during the run leg – Frodeno wrote history by beating his own world record by almost eight minutes, clocking an incredible total official time of 7:27:53 hour.
