“Im struck down by a cold and I’m still not 100 procent.”Jan Frodeno has decided to end his season earlier than planned and thus let Ironman South Africa pass him by. Two weeks ago he was supposed to race at Ironman California, but that race was cancelled due to a severe storm.
In a video posted on socials, Jan Frodeno said that he will be taking it easy for the next few days and focusing on ‘family time’. He is also looking forward to the 2022 season and specifically the two World Championships.
