Lisa Norden did take the win at Challenge Salou last year and immediately after finish expressed her desire to return to Salou when possible. Next weekend that will happen and she will defend her title in the Spanish coastal town. She is preparing in totally different conditions: at altitude and in low temperatures.
“The favourite beast session is back. We closed a great weekend of training with a run up Julier pass. Minus 5 degrees at the the top, so slightly different than when we were here in summer. But, still such a beautifull and empowering run to do.
The Julier Pass is located in Switzerland and has an altitude of 2284 meters.
