‘Suns out, guns out’, Jan Frodeno says at his newest video in which he rides on his bike in the sunny surroundings of Gerona. “Going out for a spin, obviously working hard for the season. Trying to get some fitness.”
Frodeno also talks about his last altitude training. “It turns out that I react pretty extreme, but the effect seems to be very big. Down here (Gerona, ed.) for just a week, then heading back up. Getting the form dialed in.”
