The Apple Watch has been a popular watch for years; not only in “normal” life, also among athletes. Triathletes don’t use the Apple Watch that much yet, but that could change thanks to a new firmware update.
This fall, the Apple Watch will receive its annual major update. With this update, the Workout app, among others, will be renewed. For example, runners will be able to see what heart rate zone they are training in and intervals can be set. In addition, a new mode for triathletes will be added, which automatically recognizes when someone is swimming, biking or running.
