Aiming to improve the overall athlete experience, Ironman has launched a new digital dashboard for its athletes with the creation of ‘My Ironman’.
The new My Ironman athlete profile is customized to each athlete and designed to become a core part of an athlete’s IM training and racing journey.
“Re-imagining the My Ironman athlete profile with the help of our athlete community is a milestone in our ongoing journey towards creating an improved athlete experience from the moment you register for a race to when you cross an Ironman finish line,” said Marieka Barnard, Chief Marketing Officer for The IM Group.
“Our goal is to help athletes get the most out of their IM journey with ease and accessibility. Creating a platform where our athletes can see their race data, manage their registrations and TriClub membership, and find resources to help them along the way is a step towards our vision, and something we’re excited to keep developing in the future.”
New features on the My Ironman athlete profile include:
- Current and historical view (since 2017) of IM and IM 70.3 race results and analytical stats in one central place;
- Simplified race registration process for 2025 events;
- At a glance view of upcoming 2024 race registrations;
- Training resources for upcoming events;
- TriClub athletes can manage their affiliations for the upcoming 2024 season. Athletes looking to join a TriClub can find and join a club directly from their profile; and
- Nearby and upcoming events in The IM Group’s global portfolio of events as well as global map of events around the world.
