Michele Bonacina and Marta Menditto already won the World Championships Cross Triathlon at the World Triathlon Multisport Championships in Townsville, Australia, earlier this week, but today they won again, taking ‘the double’ by winning the World Championships Cross Duathlon.
In a race with extremely few participants – both in the men’s and women’s race – both Italians again dominated the race. You can find the top ten in the men’s race (full starting field) and the top eight in the women’s race (also full starting field) below.
