Zwift exists ten years and that milestone will be celebrated starting today. For several days there will be several group rides led by famous names from the triathlon and cycling world and you can – if you have a subscription that is – participate for free.
For example, today – Thursday, Oct. 3 – at 4 p.m. CEST you can ride with Paula Findlay and Eric Lagerstrom, while at 7 p.m. CEST you can join British former cyclist Chris Hoy. At 8 p.m. CEST, Jan Frodeno and Lionel Sanders will start a group ride together. In all cases, the ride lasts about 45 minutes and the intensity is low. Of course, the group leaders also answer questions from the athletes riding with them.
Friday, Oct. 4, will include rides with pro cyclist Mathieu van der Poel (9:30 a.m. CEST) and Lucy Charles and Daniela Ryf (12:00 p.m. CEST). Saturday, October 5, will be an early wake-up call if you want to ride with Sam Laidlow, as that ride is scheduled for 6:00 a.m CEST.
