Nine T100 races are on the calendar for 2026 – yet, at this stage, only three have confirmed dates and locations. Despite a significant restructuring of the series announced by the PTO, the rollout was anything but transparent: rather than a proper presentation, the changes quietly appeared via press release.

For professional athletes, the uncertainty surrounding next year’s race schedule is once again a major headache. Out of the nine planned events, only the following have been announced: T100 Gold Coast on the weekend of March 21–22, T100 Singapore on the weekend of April 25–26, and T100 Vancouver on the weekend of August 15–16. As for the remaining six? No dates, no venues, and no clarity.

Athletes have long voiced frustration over the lack of communication from the PTO regarding T100 events, which are often announced late, rescheduled at short notice, or even cancelled altogether. The pattern appears to be continuing into 2026.

Among the structural changes announced for next season, the most notable is that men’s and women’s races will now be held separately. Professional women will compete at four venues, professional men at another four, with a joint Grand Final to conclude the season. The PTO also confirmed that long-term athlete contracts will be discontinued – theoretically giving pros more freedom to race outside the PTO framework. Full details here.
