When the news broke that the Professional Triathletes Organisation (PTO) had acquired a majority stake in Challenge Family, there was immediate discussion, speculation, and coverage about this partnership. There was a massive response to our poll on socials, and no less than 41 percent of you say you consider the acquisition an interesting development. Another 23 percent even call it ‘amazing for our sport’. However, not everyone is immediately enthusiastic: 27 percent of you are not sure and remain undecided, while 9 percent say they consider the development dangerous.
