The sport’s busiest weekend?

Triathlon fans won’t be getting much rest this weekend as they try to keep up with the insanely busy calendar of events highlighted by the Ironman 70.3 World Championship in St. George, Utah. Here’s a list of some of the major events taking place this weekend and how you can watch them:

The Ironman 70.3 World Championship, St. George, Utah takes place on Saturday, Sept. 18. The race features a top-notch field (in addition to the top pro field over 3,000 athletes are registered) and will be streamed live on Ironman’s Facebook Watch page.

Ironman has 10 events taking place this weekend – other pro races include: Ironman 70.3 Aix-en-Provence and Ironman Austria-Karnten.

The Super League Triathlon Championship series continues this weekend with the standout event in Jersey. The racing gets started at 11:30 local time with the women starting first. The event will be streamed on the Super League website. Get the broadcast details here.

The World Triathlon Championship Series returns to one of the classic stops on its tour in Hamburg this weekend. There will be sprint-distance races on Saturday followed by a mixed relay on Sunday. The racing will be streamed on TriathlonLive.tv.

Xterra Japan takes place on Sunday, Sept. 19. You can find out more information about that race here.

In case you thought we forgot about Challenge-Family events … after three weeks in a row of that series’ biggest events – The Championship, Challenge Roth and Challenge Almere-Amsterdam, there’s a break until Oct. 3 when we’ll see Challenge Gunsan-Saemangeum and Challenge Salou.
