At Challenge Salou it took Fenella Langridge 3:50:41 to take the win (4km run – 85km bike – 21km run) but is it possible to beat this time as an Age Group athlete? These three GTN ladies tried, raced Challenge Salou as a Relay team and tried to break Langridge’s time.
