Flora Duffy won WTCS Hamburg last Saturday. She was overwhelmingly the strongest athlete, but still had to race hard because she received a ten second penalty for not putting her gear in her box properly. “Making some rookie errors.”
“So happy to take the win at WTCS Hamburg. Really pleased with my race except for my 10 second penalty (first one ever) and a terrible T2. Making some rookie errors. Had to push really hard on the second lap of the run to close the gap. As much as it hurt, it felt great to fight and dig deep again.
