In search of a new CEO, USA Triathlon has decided to make use of the services of TurnkeyZRG to assist in  “an inclusive and comprehensive search process to identify and recruit a diverse pool of candidates for the Chief Executive Officer role.” USA Triathlon’s CEO Rocky Harris has decided to put down his work, since he joins the United States Olympic and Paralympic Committee (USOPC) as a Chief of Sport and Athlete Services. TurnkeyZRG is the ninth-largest recruitment firm in the world and has expertise within the sports industry.

“We are looking for a dynamic leader who values our sport’s primary stakeholders – race directors, coaches, clubs, officials, and athletes – and can deliver on the lofty goals set forth in our robust multiyear strategic plan”, Joel Rosinbum, Chair of the USA Triathlon Board of Directors, said.

USA Triathlon has a mission “to grow, inspire and support the triathlon community”, following a few pillars, which were set out in a strategic plan for 2028: serve and engage our community, grow the sport, elevate the brand and sport, embody sport leadership and ensure financial strength.

People who are interested in the job can reach out to TurnkeyZRG.
