While many athletes were awaiting the PTO’s calendar, the organization has just announced its first race of the year. That first announcement, by the way, does not mean it will also be the first PTO race of the year; it is merely the first race to be finally announced. In this case, it is the PTO Asian Open.
The PTO Asian Open will take place August 19 and 20 in Singapore and follows the ‘100km’ format familiar to the PTO. That means a 2km, an 80km bike and an 18km run. In the coming weeks, the PTO will also present its other 2023 races.
