Big numbers: these were Sam Long’s watts during Ironman 70.3 St. George

Last week Sam Long defended his last year’s Ironman 70.3 St. George title with success, and on the way to his title he also broke the bike course record. With an average of just over 45 kilometers per hour, he dived under two hours on the tough bike course.

Meanwhile, Long has announced his wattages, which are…..impressive. And even that is an understatement, as Long pushed an average of 347 watts for two hours and a normalized power of 367 watts. More details in the post below:
