She claimed her first victory at Challenge Roth in 2025, and in 2026 she will return with one clear goal: defending her title. Laura Philipp was officially announced today as a starter for the July 5 race, instantly adding even more prestige to an already stacked field.
It’s not as though the women’s lineup was lacking star power. With names such as Kat Matthews, Daisy Davies, Caroline Pohle, Fenella Langridge, and Alanis Siffert already confirmed, the world’s elite will undoubtedly be on the start line. Still, fans had been eagerly hoping for the announcement of either Philipp or Lucy Charles-Barclay – and now they have their answer.
“After experiencing last year how good it feels to win in Roth, I will give my all again this year to be at the top,” Philipp said following the announcement.
