The bike recently won the Red Dot ‘Best of the Best’ 2026 award, but this week it officially launches: the Canyon Roadlite: ON CF is available immediately and is a streamlined singlespeed e-city bike that oozes Canyon’s characteristic class and style.
As a triathlete, you undoubtedly prefer looking at a beautiful Speedmax, but if you want to ride to the swimming pool, track, or supermarket in style, the brand-new Canyon Roadlite: ON CF could be just the thing for you. The bike is characterized by its lightweight carbon construction (13.9 kg) inspired by Canyon’s road bikes, a powerful Bosch 400W hub motor (45Nm) with a 90-kilometer range, the minimalist and lube-free Gates belt drive with a singlespeed setup for minimal maintenance, and, last but not least, integrated lighting, connectivity, and discrete mounting points for accessories. The bike is available in black or white and has a retail price starting at 2,999 euros.
Previously, we spent extensive time testing the also-electric Canyon Citylite:ON, but the Roadlite: ON CF is clearly the sportier sibling of that model. With a look that is not only recognizable but above all sporty and indeed clearly inspired by Canyon’s road bikes, the Canyon Roadlite: ON CF offers a chic bicycle for daily life that brings you from destination to destination – without costing you any energy.
