Every week Jan Frodeno shares some interesting data about his training and races. This week he provides some insight into how an average week of training compares to the time it took him to become the 2019 Ironman world champion in Hawaii. Back then, he swam 47 minutes, had a 4:16 bike ride and ran a 2:42 marathon.
