For athletes who have Challenge Gdansk on their 2022 race schedule, there will now be an extra nice opportunity: it will be possible to race in a team together with Polish Olympic Champion Dawid Tomala.
Tomala was already European Champion U23 race walking in 2011 and became Olympic Champion over the 50 kilometers race walking in Tokyo last year. It took him 3:50:08 to win the Olympic title in Tokyo, thus making himself immortal.
Tomala will take on the running part in Challenge Gdansk and is therefore still looking for a swimmer and biker. Athletes can bid to become part of the team with Tomala. All money raised will go to charity.
