German athlete Marcel Bolbat and Chilean Macarena Salazar have won the first edition of Ironman 70.3 Puerto Varas today. In a race primarily attended by South American athletes, both Bolbat and Salazar proved to be in a league of their own, ultimately winning with large margins.
