Global Triathlon Network discusses how Ironman’s refund policy frustrates triathletes

After last month’s video message by Ironman CEO Andrew Messick, Ironman was under fire for their refund policies and their way of dealing with the Covid-19 pandemic. In the video below Global Triathlon Network talks about that message and shares their thoughts on the issue: “It’s more the way in which they’ve dealt with it – or not dealt with it – which is really getting under people’s skin. People just have no idea: they can’t get a hold of Ironman and there is no communication as to what’s going on with their rescheduled or postponed event.”
